Common questions
Can it read handwriting?
Printed text reads best. Neat handwriting sometimes works, but expect mistakes and proofread the result before you rely on it.
I have a scanned PDF, not an image.
Use OCR scanned PDF: it adds a searchable text layer to the PDF itself, page by page.
What if the image has no text?
The .txt file says so plainly instead of coming back empty, so you know the image was read.
Is there a file size limit?
Pro raises the limit to 500 MB per file with 3,000 credits a month; larger plans go higher.
