Common questions
Can it make a small video bigger?
No: a video is never upscaled. If it is already smaller than the height you pick, it keeps its size.
Resize or compress?
Resizing lowers the resolution, which shrinks the file a lot. Compress video keeps the resolution and lowers the bitrate instead. For the smallest file, resize first.
Which formats work?
MP4, MOV, AVI and WEBM, each coming back in the same format.
Is there a file size limit?
Pro raises the limit to 500 MB per file with 3,000 credits a month; larger plans go higher.
