Common questions
What does the CSV look like?
One row per record. A <product id="7"> holding a <name> and a <price currency="EUR"> gives the columns product@id, name, price@currency and price.
Is it safe to upload any XML?
Documents that declare entities (<!ENTITY>) are refused: real data exports never use them, and they are how XML bombs and file-reading attacks are built.
How large can the file be?
XML inputs are capped at 50 MB and 1 million records.
Is there a file size limit?
Free users can convert files up to 25 MB without an account. Pro raises that to 500 MB per file with 3,000 credits a month; Business goes to 5 GB.
