Common questions
What happens to namespaces?
Element names are kept without their namespace prefix, which is what most code expects.
Is it safe to upload any XML?
Documents that declare entities (<!ENTITY>) are refused: real data exports never use them, and they are how XML bombs and file-reading attacks are built.
How large can the file be?
XML inputs are capped at 50 MB.
Is there a file size limit?
Free users can convert files up to 25 MB without an account. Pro raises that to 500 MB per file with 3,000 credits a month; Business goes to 5 GB.
