Fifty files, any mix.
One format back.
Drop a pile of PNG, HEIC, TIFF and WEBP — or MOV and MKV, or DOC, ODT and PDF — choose the one format you need, and every file comes back converted in a single ZIP. Files already in that format are kept as they are. Want it locked? Seal the whole result into one AES-256 encrypted ZIP or 7z.
Open the Multi-Converter →Part of Business (€49.99/mo) and Enterprise. EU-hosted, files deleted after 1 hour.

How it works
Questions
Which files can I mix in one run?
Any formats from the same category. One Images run can hold PNG, JPG, HEIC, TIFF, SVG, WEBP, GIF, BMP and AVIF together; one Documents run can hold DOC, DOCX, ODT, RTF, TXT and PDF. A file from another category is flagged before upload and left out.
What happens to files already in the target format?
They are kept exactly as they are — not re-encoded, not charged — and go into the ZIP next to the converted ones.
How does the encrypted output work?
Tick “Encrypt the output”, choose ZIP or 7z, type the password twice and confirm you understand it cannot be recovered. The converted files are sealed into one AES-256 archive on our server and the unencrypted copies are deleted the moment it exists. 7z encrypts the file names too. Windows’ built-in unzip cannot open encrypted archives — use 7-Zip, Keka, WinRAR or our free in-browser unlocker.
Can it remove metadata too?
Yes. Tick “Remove metadata from every file” and each file is stripped after converting — EXIF and GPS from photos, authors and revision history from documents, tags from audio and video — before anything is zipped or encrypted. Files already in the target format are cleaned too, and count like a conversion. The same engine powers our Remove metadata tool.
How many files, how large?
Up to 50 files per run, each within your plan’s file-size limit (5 GB on Business), and up to 5 GB per run in total.
Does it use credits?
Each converted file uses credits from your monthly pool, exactly as it would one by one. Files kept as they are cost nothing, and a file that fails to convert is refunded.
Can I use it through the API?
Yes. POST the files to /api/multi/convert with a category and a to format, poll /api/multi/{id}, then download the ZIP — or call /api/multi/{id}/protect for an encrypted archive. GET /api/multi/formats lists every category and format. See the API docs.
Who it is for
Anyone who receives files in every format and has to pass them on in one.
Agencies and studios
Client assets arrive as HEIC, TIFF, PNG and WEBP. The brief says JPG. One run, one ZIP, straight back to the client.
Offices leaving legacy formats behind
Old DOC, XLS and PPT files become DOCX, XLSX and PPTX — or one PDF each — fifty at a time, without opening a single one.
Legal, HR and administration
Case files and onboarding packs arrive as DOC, ODT, RTF and PDF. Convert the lot to PDF and, when they carry personal data, hand them over as one encrypted archive.
Podcast, video and media teams
Interviews recorded on different devices — M4A, WAV, AMR, MP3 — brought to one format for the edit. Or footage turned into ProRes for Final Cut and Premiere.
What we do about privacy
Every file is converted on our own servers in the EU. Nothing goes to a third-party API, nothing is read by a person or a model, and everything is deleted within an hour — the unencrypted copies immediately, once you seal them into an archive.
